Returns

• You have 30 days from the date of delivery to return an item.
• Items must be unused, unwashed, and in original packaging with tags attached.
• To start a return, email us at jayondo1@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return.

Refunds

• Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll notify you by email.
• Approved refunds are processed within 5–7 business days back to your original payment method.
• Original shipping costs are non-refundable.

Exchanges

If you'd like to exchange an item for a different size or colour, please return the original item and place a new order. This is the fastest way to get what you need.

Damaged or Wrong Items

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us immediately at jayondo1@gmail.com with a photo and we'll make it right at no cost to you.
