Refund policy

Returns

You have 30 days from the date of delivery to return an item. Items must be unused, unwashed and in their original packaging with tags attached. To start a return, email us at jayondo1@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return before sending anything back, and we'll provide return instructions.

Hygiene Items

For health and hygiene reasons, sports bras and other intimate apparel cannot be returned or exchanged once worn, or if hygiene seals or tags have been removed, unless the item is faulty.

Exchanges

For a different size or colour, please return the original item and place a new order. This is the fastest way to get what you need.

Return Shipping

Unless your item is faulty or incorrect, you are responsible for return postage. We recommend a tracked service, as we cannot be responsible for items lost on their way back to us.

Damaged or Wrong Items

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, email us within 30 days at jayondo1@gmail.com with a photo and we'll make it right with a replacement or full refund, including return postage, at no cost to you.

Refunds

Once we have received and inspected your return, we'll notify you by email. Approved refunds are processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days. Original shipping costs are non-refundable except where an item is faulty.
