Shipping policy

Order Processing

Orders are processed within 1-3 business days (Monday to Friday, excluding UK bank holidays). You'll receive a confirmation email with tracking once your order has been dispatched.

UK Delivery

Standard UK delivery: 3-5 working days for 4.99 GBP, and FREE on orders over 30 GBP.
Express UK delivery: 1-2 working days for 6.99 GBP.

International Delivery

Europe: 7-14 days for 14.99 GBP.
Rest of world: 10-21 days for 23.99 GBP.
All orders are tracked.

Tracking and Estimates

Once dispatched, you'll receive a tracking number by email. Please allow a few days for tracking to update. Delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed, as some items ship directly from our partner warehouses.

Delays

Occasionally delivery can be affected by customs or courier delays beyond our control. If your order has not arrived within the estimated window, email us at jayondo1@gmail.com and we'll help track it down.

Incorrect Addresses

Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We cannot be held responsible for orders sent to an address entered incorrectly.
